Track A – Monday 15 May
14:30 – 15:30
Online video delivery is fragmented. Not only are there a number of different players involved, but, in many cases, not everyone gets to participate in the revenue. The Streaming Video Alliance has published a solution and proof-of-concept that suggests an Open Caching architecture might be able to unite the different constituents involved in online video delivery, ensuring a better end-user experience and distributing revenue more equitably. In this session, attendees will learn about Open Caching and how it can improve the overall online video experience while uniting the value chain.
